Refund Policy & Cancellations
The participant shall be responsible for payment of the full program fee, and no refunds shall be issued, except in cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, which shall be determined at the sole discretion of the program organizers.
Liability Waiver for Participation in Northball Academy Program.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Program, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Northball Academy Inc., Scarborough Alliance Centre, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Program, including but not limited to any injury, illness, or death resulting from my participation.
I understand and acknowledge that participating in the Program involves certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury from falls, collisions with other participants, equipment failure, or other causes. I agree to assume all such risks and to be solely responsible for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in the Program.
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in the Program. If at any time during my participation in the Program, I feel discomfort or pain, I will immediately stop and inform the instructor or a staff member.
I agree that I will comply with all rules and regulations of the Program, as well as any instructions provided by the instructor or staff members. I understand that any failure to comply with such rules and regulations may result in my removal from the Program.
By participating in the Northball Academy basketball program, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: I understand that the program organizers, staff, partners and facilities will not be liable for any incidents or accidents occurring during pick up or drop off of participants.
I have carefully read and fully understand this Liability Waiver and Release, and I voluntarily and knowingly agree to its terms.
Photography and Social Media Disclaimer Northball Academy Program
I hereby acknowledge that Northball Academy Inc., and the organizers of the Scarborough Alliance League (the "Program"), may take photographs and/or videos of me during participation in the Program.
I agree that Northball Academy Inc. and the Scarborough Alliance Centre may use these photographs and/or videos for promotional or educational purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, brochures, websites, and other marketing materials.
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Northball Academy Inc., the Scarborough Alliance Centre, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of these photographs and/or videos.
I understand that if I do not want my photograph or video taken or used for any purpose, I must inform the instructor or staff members of the Program in writing before the start of the Program.
I also understand that other participants or spectators may take photographs or videos of me during my participation in the Program and may post them on social media. I agree that Northball Academy Inc. and the Scarborough Alliance Centre are not responsible for any such postings and that I have no expectation of privacy in any photographs or videos taken during my participation in the Program.
I agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the Program, as well as any instructions provided by the instructor or staff members regarding the use of photography or videos.
I have carefully read and fully understand this Photography and Social Media Disclaimer, and I voluntarily and knowingly agree to its terms.
Payment Processing
This payment is only a 40% deposit. Full payment required at season start on February 15th.

The full cost of $180/member will be due upon season start.
